Plumbing \u2013 Electrical<\/strong><\/h6>

Air-conditioning<\/strong><\/h6>

Targeting to the provision of the most suitable climate conditions for the occupants of every building and the minimization of energy consumption we design and install modern air-conditioning systems.<\/p>

In cases that interior climate quality is the priority, we utilize hydronic systems with heat pumps and fan coil terminal units that deliver heating and cooling with the maximum comfort for the user and create the mildest room atmosphere.<\/p>

Additionally we install VRV, Multi and Split freon systems exploiting the flexibility and competitiveness that they offer. The specific systems are offered in more advantageous budget compared to equivalent technologies thanks to the prevailing global production industry. Moreover they achieve advanced energy efficiency due to excellent adaptation when working under partial loads. Finally the ultra small pipe sections are ideal for contained architectural structures.<\/p>

Solar energy<\/strong><\/h6>

Solar energy is our nature\u2019s driving power and adequately provided at no cost. It\u2019s the renewable energy source most ideally integrated in modern buildings capable of offering twofold energy exploitation: thermal and electric.<\/p>

At first through solar thermal systems, both self- and externally- circulated, we can prepare Domestic Hot Water that is necessary in meeting everyday hygienic activities. Whether we refer to a residence or a touristic complex, solar thermal systems save the expenses that would otherwise be unavoidable for water heating with electric resistances, fuel boilers or heat pumps.<\/p>

At the same time installing photovoltaic panels under Net Metering mode, generates the electrical power that is consumed yearly and achieves a major financial benefit for the owners by eliminating monthly power bills. Using the public power transmission grid as an enormous power reserve, we temporarily store the excessive produced energy so as to be in time absorbed and meet the building\u2019s electrical consumption.<\/p>

Pool<\/strong><\/h6>

In response to the increasing need for personal escapes away from a demanding everyday schedule we construct swimming pools for touristic facilities and residencies. We offer the option of choosing among a variety of structural alternatives (concrete, gunite, steel panels, polyester) in order to meet any possible demand. Moreover the option of pool-heating equipment extends the usage period even during the winter. The construction process of a swimming pool is concluded within a few days involving minimum disturbance even in existent operating premises. No construction permit is involved in cases of average sized pools, while the day-to-day operation of a swimming pool is easy to handle by the owner.<\/p>

Gas fuel<\/strong><\/h6>

They are considered as the optimum transitional form of energy towards the overall elimination of fossil fuels, in pursue of sustainability. They achieve major decrease of burning emissions in comparison to diesel and at the same time their thermal power is difficult to compete by renewable sources. With safety as the main target, we ensure the efficiency and affordability of your burning equipment, either with the use of Natural Gas through the public distribution network or with Propane stored in local tanks.<\/p>

In space heating, Domestic Hot Water preparation and industrial applications gas fuels with condensing technology offer significant energy efficiency and emission decrease compared to diesel.<\/p>
