A unique project proving that when will and vision are present, astonishing transformations can emerge. The breathtaking scenery was present from the beginning. What the property obviously lacked was the architectural integration and the promotion of a strong attitude.

The target of the owner was clear. Our team had to reform two adjacent residences by the coast, in order to become a uniform vacation shelter for the cosmopolitan family. The final outcome was crucial to equally balance discretion and luxury, in every aspect of the design.

We received buildings wounded by time and saltiness, lacking operational infrastructures that were set as prerequisite from scratch. Within the property of 3.000 squares meters our team totally developed four buildings for accommodation and dinning. The first floor of the main residence was extensively redesigned, resulting in an en-suite master bedroom with unique aesthetics and boundary-free view of the sea. The central guesthouse was structurally reinforced and a new internal layout was proposed, in order to create two supplementary bedrooms along with two bathrooms and a kitchen / dining room. What used to be a warehouse was now transformed to a fully functional gym, offering droplets of well being and leisure to the occupants. The building complex concluded with the old kiosk being converted to a spacious dining room with fireplace that is merely sprayed by the sea.

Every room in the complex is equipped with energy efficient air-conditioning system, as well as fully refurbished fresh water, domestic hot water and electric installations.

The surrounding area was meant to operationally integrate the building structures and provide to the occupants pleasant access between the sea-side and the emerald green swimming pool, while the massive exterior fire place by the coast became an emblem of the property.
